Scout Show - May 8th

Setup the chuck wagon (no Canvas), setup display tables with blacksmithing items & foundry items, setup display table with highland books and stuff.
We will be talking taking questions and promoting the programs, and recruiting.
Anyone who can come out even for a little bit will be great, especially around setup and tear down time.

Fort Worth Live Stock Show Opening

Location: Tandy Center Parking Garage, Fort Worth, Texas (off Sundance Square)
Date: January 16th, 2010
Time: 8:00 AM Sharp
We will meet at Camp Widsom at 7:00 AM and caravan over to Two City Place in Fort Worth, Texas. We will have blacksmithing and the chuckwagon setup.

Winter Activity

[ December 27, 2009 4:00 pm to December 30, 2009 12:00 pm. ] Christmas is Friday the 25, Dec And assuming you survive finals, food fun ,fellowship ect.
Lets plan on meeting at wisdom on Sunday the 27th,
Set up camp & programs with a meal Sunday evening.

Event: Santa Fe days

The Crew has a contract with the Santa Fe Days event organizers to feed the VIPs.
We are also going to set up the Blacksmith and Foundry shop. We can also set up a food vendor booth.
Please note that WFFA TV has become a sponsor & will be doing a special on Santa Fe
