Chuck Wagon

The purpose of the chuck wagon program is to introduce youth and adults to cooking as they would have on the long trail drives.  The chuck wagon, that we use is a 1914 International Harvester.  We teach how to  cook over an open fire in the way of the cowboys.  We also go to competition with other chuck wagons.  The chuck wagon program helps support the other programs by making sure we have something to eat when we gather to meet/fellowship by planning menus.  The chuck wagon program also goes and caters other events  or show off their skills for distracts or other show off events.
