Setup the chuck wagon (no Canvas), setup display tables with blacksmithing items & foundry items, setup display table with highland books and stuff.
We will be talking taking questions and promoting the programs, and recruiting.
Anyone who can come out even for a little bit will be great, especially around setup and tear down time.
Scout show runs from 10:00 am till 3:00 pm, We can start setting up at 7:00 AM.
We are working out the exact time that we will meet and were we will meet at this time.
If what I am saying is different from the meeting please let me know as I was not able to be there, and this is from the discussions I have had lately with a few people.
We also need to get a roll call of who will be at scout show and what time you can come out and help a little.
